Terms and Conditions

International Student registration terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between you and Elite International Education Advisors (EIEA).

After completing registration form, we will arrange a video consultation session with you to discuss the study admission process and the student visa process/requirements.

The first consultation session will be free of charge and will last for up to 45 minutes.

If you want to proceed after first free consultation session for the admission process, there is an admission processing fee required to pay. This fee will vary and will be calculated on the following basis:

What specific institution or country are you applying to a Degree/Diploma/other courses

Duration of the course.

A fee will be charged to complete the study admission processing, this fee will be in AUD (inclusive GST if payable) and will be charged if you want to proceed after the first free consultation session. This fee is non-refundable.

Admission and Student visa processing time vary from country to country.

It is the applicant/guardian/parent’s responsibility to provide all the required valid documents to EIEA on time.

EIEA will not be responsible for the delay or admission cancellation or leading to visa delay/refusal due to delay of providing the required documents by the applicant/guardian/parents.

EIEA will not be responsible for any visa refusal as it is entirely a decision made by the relevant country's Embassy/High Commission and/or Immigration Department.
